We want you to be fully satisfied with your NZXT gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most products purchased directly from our store. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your NZXT account or visit our Support portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request using your order number and email address.

  Receive Authorization

  Our support team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide a prepaid shipping label along with detailed packaging instructions for your electronic components.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit and drop off the package at the designated carrier location using the provided label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your return for functionality and completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
