How long does it take to ship my custom BLD PC?
Custom PC builds typically undergo a 24-48 hour assembly and stress-testing process. Once shipped, delivery times range from 3 to 5 business days depending on your selected shipping method.
What is the warranty policy for NZXT components?
We offer a standard 2-year warranty on most components, including cases and cooling, while our power supplies often carry a 10-year warranty. Custom BLD systems include a comprehensive 2-year warranty covering all parts and labor.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our store. Products must be in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a full refund.
Does NZXT ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and several countries across Europe. Please check our shipping calculator at checkout to see if your specific region is covered.
